"Door dasher beware!This Taco Bell does not care about their customers. I waited for over 10 minutes for a door dash order that wasn’t even being made. The employee told me that they at first couldn’t find the order, and then told me that the order came up as a mobile order, and not a door dash order. We ordered two 9's by the ride up. That was a Mexican pizza and two crispy deluxe tacos. One of our Mexican pizzas was in our bag on the head and looked like a bunch of garbage. The tacos were soggy and greasy. No good experience.?

I have never experienced anyone in customer service as rude as Shay at the Classen Blvd location. She was extremely disrespectful. I waited at the window of the drive though, until she left and asked the next employee who came to the window, what her name was. I have a professional job and take google reviews Seriously. This woman needs to be instructed on how to properly communicate with customers. I don’t know that I have ever been so disrespected in a fast food drive through as I was today! This is not ok under any circumstances. Will never go back to this location , ever!
