"Had a door dash order to fulfill at this location and they failed to fulfill it. Orders are usually given to them ahead of time to prepare and they decided to shut down early and not fulfill their duties. I will be reporting the store and hoping to speak with someone as that is unacceptable. I asked the person if it would be fulfilled and if it wouldn’t to please just let me know. I got silence and a lovely smile from his girlfriend waiting in the car to pick him up. Don’t know why he couldn’t have just answered my question it wasn’t that hard no need to be rude about it and give us the silent treatment while your girlfriend is laughing in the car because you can’t drive home…"

Absolutely awful. They claimed to not have 3 items I had ordered, offered me alternatives which was fine, but then proceeded to mess the rest of the order up too. Tacos were broken, food was cold, experience was terrible. Never again.

This is a grilled cheese and steak burrito. Paid $10 for this a a taco- there is one piece of steak. Food is ice cold. Took a bite into cheese and sour cream. Had to actually open it to see if there was any meat on it. This was disgusting. The fountain drink tasted like the lines are bad. Can’t even drink it. Do better. Won’t go back here

I dont understand how this place can still be opperating! Where is the Territory Operator! I threw out my two soft shell tacos in dumpster, they were disgusting! Garbage outside building--signs all over saying pay by credit card or exact change cuz they are short on change. Help wanted signs everywhere--no napkin in bag and I reached in bag for taco and it wasnt even wrapped--taco very runny, only couple pieces of luttuce and cheese. Took 2 bites threw it all out.
