They will make your burrito anyway you want it.Some people mention it's not authentic Mexican it may not be but I mean it is delicious and if they are available when you go try the chocolate chip cookies the owner makes them and they are delicious. I wish I ate slower so I could enjoy their food more. This is my go to for a custom burrito. Chain burrito joints don't hold a candle to this place in my opinion. EDIT: Still loving this place years later; there may be bad days due high demand, but I have yet to find a better burrito place in town; I challenge any burrito place to try (Qdoba did not succeed).
