"This small comfortable place a few minutes' walk from the art oriented center of Bregenz is a nice evocation of a taverna in some small Greek town: it resembles some we ate in on the island of Hydra. It's very unlike the big fancy Greek restaurant opposite the museum a completely different feel. A very small place seating maybe sixteen or twenty people tops plain tables and ladderback chairs, everything blue and white, with a handpainted mural on one wall. The owner/host has a little English, enough to handle orders: most of our interactions with him were in German. This was a lovely change from eating German style food. The choices were good and the dishes large in quantity. We had a greek sausage dish which had a cheese in the middle. It was delicious plus the extras we ordered all yummy.

puh, it tasted it, the people are also very friendly and caring and you should support small restaurants. but: the menu is exceptionally small for a Greek. classic Greek dishes such as gyros, poseidon or Athen cellars are missing completely. see menu. I chose the most expensive meat dish of the card: bifteki. that bifteki is the most expensive at €15.50, I had not experienced yet. ok. the size of the portion was embarrassing. It wasn't even done, was it? dorade was ordered for proud €24.90 which also does not happen that the first dish is served 5 minutes before the second. what is that? that's embarrassing for the guests. should the first rudely eat without the second or wait and be eating...
