"We went to Kreta Grill without a reservation. They told us we can only stay until the guests who reserved arrive. It was roughly an hour. We waited around 15 minutes before someone attended us. We wanted to order 0,5lt wine. He immediately said he needs to ask if he is allowed to serve us. He came back and said he cannot which is unacceptable from a restaurant!!! They expect you to sit there, order your dinner and eat it in a hurry and pay lots of money for a dinner you cannot even enjoy. The owner or manager didn't even have the decency to come and apologize himself and had the poor waiter does it. It is very disrespectful and rude! They lost us as customers and all the other people we wil...

Kreta.. what can I say. The colors which was leading the place was the classic greek blue and white. The food was very good and the service very friedly. Recomended!

Upon arriving they informed us that since we didn't had a reservation we could only sit at the table for 1 hour. We waited around 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Since we only had 45 minutes we decided to have a bottle of wine instead of dinner. The waiter did not take our order and consulted with the owner or manager I supposed which decided to deny us service. This is not suppose to be a fast food restaurant so don't expect people to eat and drink 45 minutes. Never visiting this place again! At least until they learn to treat customers with respect.
