"T.G.I Friday has no open table kiosk, so don't email me that I wasn't there! I talked to the hostess and the manager. they don't even know who they are, so they have to fix it. I missed 300 points. they have no type of reservation app for open table. I would not recommend tgi on Fridays to every open table member, because I always say more openly that this restaurant does not honor open table. every year I have to show my entrance to get my points and not hear the open tables! I don't want to remember keeping my reception. I don't have to do any other restaurant. T.G.I Friday has no reservation kiosk and they don't even know what's open! it's ridiculous!"

a quiet new year on Friday. eating was good and service was attentive. drinks were generously poured. also was next to the movie we wanted.

I told the host she checked us, so I would get my opentable points. she said she didn't know what was more open, or what was on points. I know she never checked us in, because she was waiting for the tables and sat immediately and gave us the menus. she had no idea what I was talking about and was very confused.
