"The service at TGIFriday's was not up to par with my expectations. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took a while for our server to check on us. The food was brought out by other wait staff, which expedited the process but left us endless app eaters waiting for our actual waitress to reorder. Unfortunately, the rest of our party had finished eating by the time we received our apps. Hopefully, our next visit will be more satisfactory."

The drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Even though the restaurant was crowded, our OpenTable reservation was honored and our table was ready within minutes.

Everything was really great. The food was cooked quick and tasted delicious. Our server was professional and paid attention to all details. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We are club members and ordered chips salsa which we never recieved. My husband got his soup long after his meal was delivered. My meal was lukewarm. The butter on top of the steak never melted. Service was very slow. They were not very busy this night either.
