"I went to Thai Orchid for the first time as a recommendation from a friend. The waiter was so helpful and answered many of my questions. I visited Thai restaurants, but this time I was looking for a more unique experience, as my friend mentioned, that this restaurant had a few more dishes related to his home country Burma. Yum! Really enjoyed their food. Five of us all have another dish that all remained happy! Tastefully beautiful decor.

Best Thai food in Albany and possibly all NY! The food is tasteful, the portions are large, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. If you ever get a whole roasted fish from a Thai place, well ready to be blown away. Just order the whole fried fish and tell them the level of spiciness you want, and they will take it from there. Absolutely incredible and unlike anything I had tried before. Also, save space for dessert because their fried ice cream is so dang good. Come here and hungry!
