"Looking for a nice place to celebrate my birthday was a little difficult and I decided to try the Agriturismo Bistro. We arrived on Tuesday at 6:00 and sat fast. They have a steady stream of Diners, even during the week. I had a glass of wine, although I was hoping to have a craft beer they didn't have. We both ordered a side salad that was really good (loved her creamy Balsamico Dressing). Here, the French dip and fish and chips are shown (root plate with more frits than a person should consume). Beautiful building in a small pod of restaurants from the highway. Has an upper loft and outer terrace. Great view of the sunset. There is an open parking lot. Food is organic and has vegetarian options. I had a hummus plate and avocado salad. Both were good, although the hummus was pretty bland. The service was very good.

So glad we settled in the agriturismo! We sat outside for a nice dinner looking at the brook. Our server, Michal, was friendly and attentive and we enjoyed not one, but two of their names Margaritas. My French dip sandwich was delicious (very little fat in the beef jay! and my companion enjoyed his burger. We loved the sweet potatoes! I forgot a photo of the chocolate truffles... We recommend this culinary experience!

We love to find the gems in cities we visit. That was a delicious find. We shared the Wild Mushroom and Bacon Flatbread, it was a tasteful flatbread that was encased with the ingredients in the appetizers title. Our friend had Matt's Creekside Chicken... my husband and I shared the Steak Special. It was cooked to perfection and my husband said it was one of the best steaks he ever had. For dessert we shared the bread pudding with the amazing warm caramel sauce. Our server was attentive and friendly as all the staff we met!
