My husband's dish was spectacular! My dish was kind of plain and the fish seemed watery (no pun intended lol) overall it's a great place by the river with amazing service! Prices are a bit out of hand for what you get though. Still very happy with our visit

A little pricey but I only say that as a warning for the knowledge because well worth the money. Not the everyday meal but an amazing treat now and again or special occasion. I think their lunch menu is probably more economical and can be taken advantage of more.However, the staff were amazing.

On a Thursday night in February there's not much going on in the town of Grand Lake but we had heard that the Rapids Lodge and Restaurant was a must visit during our stay. What we heard was right. This is a fine dining establishment so it's a bit pricey but well worth it. The service was great and the food was delicious. The meal started with a cup of Southwestern black bean soup which had just the right amount of kick for a cold February night. After the soup, a berry sorbet was served as a pallet cleanser.For entrees, the ravioli was really good and the pork chop was the best pork chop I've ever had. Apparently they butcher their meats to order and they are not shy about how much they cut...
