"I've been to this specific Bean Location a few times now and the building is larger than most and had an actual posted drive thru and menu to start. The prices aren't clearly listed, but the baristas are usually nice and tell you if you ask. I don't go for these products often as I don't particularly like coffee and don't have the money usually, so when I go and treat myself and they get my interesting drink correct, it makes me so ecstatic and really starts my day off right! ???? Coffee over priced like Starbucks but more a Ma and Pa shop, the worst part is they knew their toilet wasn?t flushing for days and haven?t fixed it or placed an out of order sign. That?s disgusting

Since when has HB started hiring rude, impatient employees? I just went to the Keizer location at about 7:30 PM on October 30. I went through the drive-through and the girl who served me was not only rude, she was impatient when I couldn?t take the muffin I ordered with my coffee fast enough. She was unfriendly, she did not smile and she did not say thank you. I used to go to HB all the time, but I?ve been going to Starbucks lately. I found I had a five dollar credit so I thought?.OK?
