"I had a great experience at this restaurant. I am giving it 5 stars because the food was really good. I opted for the lunch special, where certain dishes are priced at $9.99. The atmosphere at the bar area gave me the impression that this is a popular spot for locals. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. She offered to have the fried calamari tossed in sauce, but we decided to have it on the side. Just a heads up - if you choose the cherry peppers and onion option, the sauce will contain all the toppings so you won't have fried hot peppers (which I have had at other places). The old DOG Tavern was great. Try their hot dogs with.honey mustard French fries dipped into honey mustard ice cream and a drink. Oh so delicious. Price around $10.00 Company was GREAT and the WAIT staff equally as cordial. You'll be more than satisfied. Go for it.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We ordered the calamari (tender and flavorful), the salmon burger, and the blackened salmon, all cooked perfectly with plenty of flavor. The service was top-notch as well. Our waitress Jennifer was kind, attentive, and quick. We will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The wings are amazing, especially the naked sweet chili flavor. The burger is juicy and delicious, and the ribs are tender and fall off the bone. The prices are competitive and well worth it, as the food is prepared with care, as if the chef was cooking for family. I trusted some reviews on TripAdvisor and I'm glad I did. I was just passing through on travel and I am so happy we stopped here. There is plenty of parking and the atmosphere is a mix of modern Tavern with an old-world feel. If I am ever back in this area, I will definitely stop here again without hesitation.
