"The filet mignon was fantastic even though they cooked it wrong the first time. The reason behind the 3 star review is it was a cold windy night in Florida and rhe staff was breaking down the outside dining. They kept going in and out and were opening the doors, making it very cold and inconvenient for inside diners. We spoke to the maitre D about this. He apologized and spoke to his staff and then they continued to go in and out, at one point even propping the doors open with other chairs, drawing the ire of many patrons that evening. The restaurant is very clean and the waitress was great but the management needs to figure out a way to get patrons out of the doorways on colder nights or h...

Really excellent cuisine and service. We had our monthly RROC Central Florida Car Club dinner here and everyone had an amazing time. Great atmosphere and menu selection. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

The food is probably 4 or 4.5 stars, it's good quality but not great. The service is wonderful and the staff are great. The desserts also seem to be fantastic, as they are made by the same company that does desserts for Disney. Overall we enjoy this place and like coming back!

We had an excellent first experience at The Legacy Restaurant. It was our first vacation in The Villages and we chose this restaurant based on others? Recommendations. Definitely not disappointed. We ordered traditional Thanksgiving meals, soup and salad and a few drinks. Steve's service was fantastic. The food is excellent, especially when you consider how many people they probably serve today. They even kept the crispy onions on my green beans-casrole, on my request. The recommended Chardonnay was very good, and we brought a piece of Pecan Pier home for Dessert. Very excited about other meals here!
