"I really expected more out of this place. We had a 5:30p reservation. We were checked in and led to our table. There were two other couples along the same wall of us but the waitress only served those tables… it was 30min before my boyfriend stuck his head out and a woman asked had we been served. Need I mind you, we were getting ready to walk out cause 30min JUST to ask for water is absurd (reason why service is a 3)!! Alexia apologized and proceeded to help us throughout the evening. We did the Thursdate event and Alexia was so knowledgeable and helpful as first timers. We had the bacon/ jalapeño cheese to start with carrots/ broccoli/ cauliflower/ bread/ apples not a fan of raw cauliflow...

We went for our anniversary and it was perfect The staff is phenomenally attentive and even made us a special surprise The food is always fresh and delicious and the choices are endless. If you've never experienced The Melting Pot, I highly reccomendit. You can thank me later

This place was absolutely worth the hour drive and I can?t wait to make the trip again. The food was first and foremost fresh fresh fresh. Atmosphere was on a high scale level but perfect for a date night or family night. Our server Noah knocked it outof the park. On cue with plate at just the right time. But hands down the highlight was the original classic chocolate. Beggedthe wife for white chocolate, but once again she was right with the Choice. Will definitely be back, probably by myself so Idon?t have to share the chocolate.

First timer , I really enjoyed the cheese fondue it was very very good and you can't go wrong with salad that was good and fresh. The main entre was not good at all the beef was so tough it was not edible and I think it would have been better if wewould've not chosen grilled. The chocolate fondue was very good and fun. But best of all our waiter Geraldo was an excellentserver, he's was very courteous and Informative. Made sure we had what we needed and answered all our questions. Thank you, Willbe back but only to do the cheese fondue .
