"I am a truck driver. It is 60 miles here from home... I always stop and get a togo order! As I finished my order and was putting my wallet away... out of nowhere, this lady (had to be 20s) came swinging around me and parked on the counter in front of me. With an attitude like she caught my hand in the cookie jar! She directly asks if my dog is a service animal!!! She said it like i was 4-5yo... kind weird. And the interrogation began. Knowing it is illegal for them to ask... and for me to lie... I said no, he's just a mut!!! Then, in no uncertain terms, I was told to get my order and leave! The whole time, he was just sitting there... ignoring her, LOL so we stode and waited, watching the employee roll their eyes every time a different manager spouted off something they missed or was behind on. One came and bang on the bathroom door, telling the cook to hurry up. Burgers need to be cooked... and waited till her emerged and followed him back, telling him his deficiencies. Then another manager yelled at everyone, that they owned her a 2nd wash! Loud... dude, in his car at the window, made a face!"

"I have no idea what happened to this place. But since the new manager, it took garbage. For about 2 years, this way has been, and I was told on several different occasions that they can not make regular deep food pizza, that they can only make the thin way that is more expensive for some reason. Hot and ready? Haha more than we can. They have bad manners, I have observed that they literally lie to customers, just to someone else of preferences I guess. My fiancé asked for napkins while the lady was on the phone and we had already got our food. Because the napkins are literally up there, they just grabbed them and the woman cried on them. On another occasion she ignored my engagement completely and a guy grabbed the napkins herself smiled and gave them to her, on another occasion we ordered 6 pizzas and they gave us 3 napkins. 3!!! Not excessive. You have made our order several times. We eat their pizza 2-3 times a month. If it's not for the economic prices that are always higher, I wouldn't eat their burned pizza. $5.45 hot and ready pepperoni pizza. GONE. This place is a shell of the former self. You should be ashamed. But they are probably busy screaming at customers."

"Unfortunately the service in the Falcon Road location has been subpar. I've gone twice in the past few months and both times I've been disappointed in the service. My drink and food were good but I was made to feel like I was a pain because my food was forgotten and when it was given the manager was put out because I inquired about napkins that were omitted. Her retort was I don't have any on this end of the counter. Huh? Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"Placed online order. Supposed to be ready at 6:16. There I was at 6:30 still waiting seeing other people get the food they ordered after me. The lady running the food out told me they were waiting in fries. So it takes 30 Mims to cook fries? I assumed they were going to be really good. Finally got food 6:46. Get home which is 5 mins down the road, open the bag cold fries, they forgot my sauces, and the chicken is burnt.This used to be one of my go to places when I didn't want to cook. Never again."
