"Booking on 11 February for Valentine's Day 9:30. On February 13, I received a follow-up email asking if I had my reservation at 9:30, so I reacted and everything was as it should be. My date and I came and were informed by the concierge that unfortunately they are not able to serve us before 9:30. We booked a reservation on the open table. When we arrived there, we said they didn't take reservations, so we had no place at my friend's birthday. I made the reservations weeks ago. You have to talk to your sellers.

We had reserved the high tea that was listed here in an open table and was also listed on their website. When we got there, they said they didn't make high tea, even though they had it on their menu. Disappointed that we could not have our traditional tea service, but we ordered tea anyway..should likely ensure that it is not listed if it is not an option at the moment.
