I know it's hard to rent. but their neighboring almost food has opened their lobby to the greatest part. I went three times after tim hortons in the last week to ask chili, unfortunately someone has feared to cut the bag and actually warm it up. it's so much easier for them to just say that we just sold out.

great donuts, good coffee with excellent customer service. it is hard to find good employees and they have a wonderful staff. I recomend, plus this location has air conditioning for her hot days and free wlan.
