"I 've lived near this Tim 's for over 2 years now. Always good service until today. I ordered a hazelnut ice coffee, 5 and 5, and it showed on the screen as extra so I simply asked if the person would know to add 5 and 5. I was told something like we write it on the cup, it may not make sense to you but it makes sense to us Nothing was written on the cup and it tasted mostly like cream, didn 't taste the hazelnut. I also ordered a muffin, which they forgot to add and I had to pay separate for. The commentary wasn 't necessary and eseentialk my order was not correct. I don 't go to Tim 's much but I most likely won 't go to that one in the future."

No matter where... Best coffee ever!! Lucky I got amazing customer service, delicious fresh coffee and was even able to order my mobile app and get points

The crew they worked on Saturday in the afternoon is absolutely amazing. I asked for ice cream in the hot chocolate I bought for my kids because I was afraid they would burn themselves. They went beyond and beyond to make sure it wasn't too hot. True gems!! Very recommended!!
