"Directions You do not have this local favorite by its dive presence. We stopped here after we heard good things from residents to get lunch to get to the beach. We were not disappointed! The sandwiches were fresh, juicy and delicious with a variety of fun toppings available. The business was moderate and the staff could not have been more efficient or friendly. Can't wait to visit Timmy's next summer again!"

Timmys Bratbeef has been an icon in West Yarmouth for decades! Hi Bratbeef is phenomenal! You can't find it anywhere else on the Cape! He does it himself, his pastrami is crazy DELICIOUS! If you didn't try, you must!! Melt in your mouth! Nobody likes Timmy! P.S.try also fried mushrooms!

I never wanted to write a review so badly. Not only is everything you're here absolutely stellar, but Timmy is a great, freaking guy. For several decades the place has been running, it really won't be better than that! EDIT: It's been over 2 months and I'm getting Timmys every day. Get the super beef with cheese and sauce. You won't regret it
