"Listen I've been getting from here for years and tonight it was horrible...my order came an hour late and feel like when the daughter of this place is working I get the worst food and the service is horrible ...but when the parents are working we get the best food....I'm disappointed and probably never going back there you just lost a long time customer!!!!"

"For beginners, I have never finished a meal, even if they are not the biggest in a restaurant. Ordnete the mozzarella sticks and the cheese was not melted, but my wife and I ate them because they were so hungry. I ordered the pork chops and they ordered the Bourbon chicken. The pork chops were incredibly dry and over boiled and the bourbon chicken looked like it was sitting out for a while because the cheese was looking up old. The mash potatoes were very tasteless and it looked like it came out of a box. My wife asked for water and got tap water!! What was not even filtered. We were ready to pay for the Bourbon chicken as they ate a part of it and the Mozzarella sticks, but the pig aprons were hardly touched. The manager was defensive when this was bought for her attention, which says that the Bourbon chicken was a best meal, that is, not that we were served a good meal. I always want to give a restaurant a second chance, tonight might have been a night, but after the attitude of the manager, no thanks. They cost our meal and I paid for the sticks and drinks. On the top the waiting staff was pleasant and professional."

"SUPER RUDE! Tried ordering an online only order because it was like 10 bucks cheaper than ordering the same thing in the store. The website and app both refused to put the items in the cart. Called the store, told them about it and asked to order itvia the phone? Sorry online only. What ever happened to politeness and making the customer happy? Guess we 're getting Popeyesfrom now on ????"

"Awful experience. Ordered through Slice and our order was almost an hour late before I called Sonny’s. They answered the phone incredibly rude stating that Slice was only “available for pickup” even though we had paid for delivery in the app. After contacting Slice, they informed us that the order was just picked up. We called the pizzeria back as we were confused, and instead of apologizing the woman on the phone stated that “they just started offering delivery through Slice”. Truly terribly customer service at an establishment that was known for great service years ago"
