"My team had a hibachi room. We had 2 waiters, but neither one knew what the other was doing and kept forgetting drink and food items. Everyone ordered hibachi, but one person. They never brought our soup or salad to the table before the meal and didn’t bring them at all/ The hibachi chef was underwhelming, he didn’t do anything special. 2 of us ordered white rice and they forgot that as well- we had to ask. We also had a birthday that we requested a special dessert, they forgot the dessert and brought it after we paid and as we stood up to leave."

the ambiente was great and don was the best cook! he visited our needs, changed the taste with lemon and had queaky eier. hehe. If we come back, we'll ask him. it was the perfect date night. Thank you!

had a reservation for 6:30 we did not place until 7 something. at one point we did not see our server for almost 30 minutes. kept waiting for her to come out so we could ask for a fill. the chef was super friendly!

cook was inexperienced, didn't know the difference between soy and Teriyaki sauce. about saturated every single thing that touch the hibachi with salt and pfeffer. the first time at the ontario location and certainly the last.
