"Terrible, terrible service!!! My husband and I went to Valentine's Day last night. I had made reservations days ago. When we arrived there, we went up, and we were not even recognized by the waitress. (In particular, they were not even busy what a red flag should have been. So, we thought we might sit everywhere. We sat there for half an hour to finally welcome ourselves. The waitress finally came by and she seemed angry. She took our order of drinks and appetizers. We were finally finished and waited an hour until she finally returned to take over our food order. We gave our orders... half an hour... she returned our food... We also noticed that when other people came in, they were greeted and a table and an order were given immediately! Not to mention, all ladies in the restaurant received roses when they were gone. They never gave me one. This experience of sitting in the restaurant for 3 hours, with terrible, rude waitress, wasted too much time, and cold food has left me to tell you everything to not waste your time. I will go to any rating place I know and rate this place a 0 out of 5."

"Visited for dinner the other night. Staff was friendly and very helpful with their service and their insight as in what to order. We had the Ruben Spring Rolls, and the Steak Fingers for an appetizer, Outstanding! For our entrees, wife went with a Jalapeno Burger, she didn't share. I went with the Caprese Chicken Sandwich, I had to share. Again Outstanding!! Our beverages were, you guessed it, Outstanding!!! I had the Blackberry Bourbon and their local IPA. Wifey got the Rumchata Root Beer. While I had a post meal Makers Shot, the Wifey got a T-Shirt. The food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the only sad part is this place is 500 miles from where we live. Do yourself a favor if your in Bandon, OR go get a drink and a bite to eat at Broken Anchor."

"My family and I enjoy the amazing for LB for years. We never had a bad experience. The food content is a large size. The crazy Halibut is my favorite. My daughter loves the baseball steak. Rich and his employees do a wonderful job preparation delicious food. Rosie makes the best desserts. Very recommended."

"They have fish n chips and chowder, both salmon and clam. They also have other seafood things for eating on site like shrimp, clams, you get the point. I like that they have multiple choices for fish n chips. I decided to go with cod fish n chips and a salmon chowder. It was a little on the pricey side, but the serving is generous. They do not skimp on fish like some other places do, so the price actually is worth it. There isn?t much room to sit down inside, quite a bit outside. But not the best if weather is bad unless you like an adventure. Luckily it was nice when I visited. Anyhoo. The food is excellent. I have had better fries but overall very good. I would definitely go back."

"All ashore going ashore! If you're looking for tasty fish chips, Bandon Bait is a must! Let's start with the man with piercing blue eyes who will take your order. He's super nice, and is happy to recommend items from their menu. The menu has a variety of items from shrimp, to frog legs. All can be fried/come fried. We both ordered the fish n chips. The fish is freshly caught, and is flaky, tasty, and just yum. The fish definitely could've used some seasoning, or a little bit more seasoning. The crust is more of a cornmeal, and I'm still that deep fried kind of girl. It was still very tasty. To the point that while I asked for extra tartar sauce, it really did not need it. I did ask for some malt vinegar which is not the norm for this location, and I was given packets of Heinz mulch vinegar. Not a great product to begin with, and I definitely did not help with the fish experience Once you order at the counter, you go grab your own seat, wherever you can find one, and they will find you and bring you your food. The foods reasonably priced, generous servings, and you'll see why they are always busy. Always. Now you may be asking yourself about the bait part of this location... Since they're literally right by the water, people do come in and purchase bait and other things and go fishing themselves. It just works. Parking is free, but definitely you need to be patient when looking for it. The parking lot serves numerous businesses in the area, once you're parked, you're gonna want to walk through the cute little village, visit the stores, etc. Great food, great service, and a great experience!"
