I was not with the twelve since they originally opened, and they still have a great choice of food. The Portabellaries were amazing to try a new turn to a starter that we recommend!

food, service and worth are excellent! some smaller recommendations would be a better ambiente. was a little too bright and could use some candles on the tables. overall an excellent place to dinen!

"We eat at Sake 1-2 times a month on average. The food is always great. Unfortunately, the service has been slipping. The last 3 times we've been there, we waited 15-20 minutes before seeing a server. This past Friday (restaurant half full), I had to go to the front desk to have a server take our order. She was very attentive once she knew we were her table. She said the hostess never told her. Regardless of the why's, they need to fix a recurring issue. We've heard from friends that also love their food, that they have had similar service issues recently."

"We got the cheesesteak. It comes with french fries or sweet potato fries. They were out of sweet potato fries so we got the regular french fries. The Cheesesteak had a certain charm to it. Kind of like your lovable but creepy, smelly but maybe he is the good smelling uncle that drinks beer at your champagne brunch. The roll was pretty standard. I think they melted the cheese onto the roll. The good news is the roll got a little toasty. The meat and fried onions for your standard greasy spoon meat fried onions. The onions spent a long time on the grill. In a different setting they would have added a whole lot of flavor to the meat. This cheesesteak was mostly out of place."
