The Eggcellent Twin burger... Just. Messy. Deliciousness. Twins is a cozy little burger joint with a pleasant atmosphere and tasty food. I haven't partaken of their regular menu of baked sweets yet, but their King cakes are amazingly good.

The burgers were really good ??. Seasoned perfectly. The fries however were a tad soggy. I was later informed that they were having some problems with the fryer. Over all, it's a must try if you're in the area. I travel the IH10 route often and will definitely stop here in the future.
