Last night was a late game in FL so I ordered from here with a house full coming- timing was an issue they had my food ready down to the minute!! The young lady who took my call was very kind to help me with the timing of my order The man at the front even walked it out to me when I got caught up on a call, coordinating the kids. Not that I plan to ask or expect them of this every time, a nice favor for sure! It felt so special to be taken care of in this way I'm delighted to see Small Business customer service is alive and well at Uncle Louie's! The kind help was much appreciated, thank you!!"

I am not sure what happened here- you either changed cooks or ran out of ingredients such as cream, lemon and salt? BUT the chicken franchise sucked that I normally loved getting a few months ago. It had a zesty lemon flavored sauce, plenty of sauce. Now it has no flavor. What I got was bland (like my 70 yr old mom cooked it, no sauce/soaked up by pasta, chicken had no flavor).
