"Horrible service. We came in on a Saturday morning, and it was almost empty. There was only one person working and she said she had some orders to finish and would take our order in 10 minutes. We waited almost half an hour, she never took our order, just ignored us. Others came after us and were told the same. I have no idea why only one person was working on a Saturday morning. Very frustrating and disappointing. When we walked out we told the others that came behind us how long we waited and were ignored so they would know."

I brought my daughter here for breakfast and we had a great experience. She ordered a hot chocolate and the staff was nice enough to keep the temperature lower so it didn't burn her when she drank it. Little miss ordered the mini pancakes and I had the honey and peanut butter toast and both were delicious.Food: 5/5

I love the cozy environment at Uptown Sprouts and the food is great! The service is spectacular and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back now that I moved to the area.It’s a bit pricey but I prefer to pay more to support local owned businesses. Chains may save you money at POS, but cost us all more in the long run.

We were here for beverages, not food, so I cannot speak to the kitchen, but I can say that our iced coffee iced tea are outstanding! Plus, the gift shop aspect is quite nice as well. However, possibly the best thing here is the customer service and attitude, with the physical atmosphere being a close second. Rarely have we made a quick stop somewhere that made us feel so welcome!
