"I love their food, but it seems that most of the time, my takeout orders are incorrect. I usually don't like to complain as it's often not a big deal. However, on one occasion, when we ordered fajitas for two, I received a portion meant for just one person, which upset my husband. Fortunately, the manager handled the situation very professionally and took care of our order promptly. But it was an inconvenience having to drive back just to have it done right."

"Love this chic location!! The best we have visited so far. Eating always taste fresh- fries crispy and not old, the food is hot, and service is fast- no matter how long the line seems! Customer service is also great. So far we had no problems with food orders!! I literally drive out of the way to visit this place. Stop the good work!"

"I ordered an 8-piece family meal, original recipe with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw. The meal came with 4 biscuits. The cost, including tax, was $25.91. The sides and biscuits were fine. The breading on the chicken was scorched dark brown. I was not given a receipt. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until after I'd gotten home, 15 miles away. At current gas prices, I couldn't afford a return round trip. The cost of the meal was 2 hrs wages, and I'm appalled,saddened, and angry that the staff even thought it was okay to give someone essentially burned chicken. I won't be returning to this KFC."
