"A disappointing evening. We were a party of 4 for a birthday party. We were filled through the whole restaurant all the way to a back room with two other tables for four and one with 10 people celebrating a birthday party. We tried to enjoy our evening, but it was so loud that we were screaming and sitting next to an icy outside door. We wanted to move when a couple left and were accommodated. The food was good, but was disappointed that a side salad did not come with a $36.00 duck. The server was very good, but the evening was definitely not worth $280.00. Not back soon."

"I absolutely love this pizza! Being an Italian from Brooklyn and around good homemade pizza this really is top notch. Absolutely love that it’s family owned too! They are so friendly, consistent and always on time. Not to mention the prices are great. Highly recommend trying it out and supporting this local pizzeria."

"I grew up in newtonville and going to Ted?s was a treat. I left NY in 1977 and live in CT, but I have driven 2&1/2 hours just to go to Ted?s and I?m glad that it?s the same as it was 50 years ago So good!!!"

"This place was recommended to my family by a friend. We visited for my birthday dinner. Upon entry I was very impressed as it’s beautiful inside. The duck dish my boyfriend ordered was presented to him and smelled so foul I braced myself up against the wall trying to get away from it. My son ordered a beef salad and he said the beef tasted funny. My boyfriend then tasted the beef from his salad and also said it tasted funny. Almost like it was rotten. He didn’t eat the rest of his entire meal. The waitress did however bring my son a fried ice cream at no charge to make up for the dish he didn’t eat and is the sole reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one star. This was not exactly the birthday dinner I was expecting."

"Great food! Went there last night to get something to eat! It was very dangerous! There was a black person doing drugs in the car in the parking lot! There also was a scary looking black kid standing behind when I was sitting inside. I walked outside to avoid him being close to me! Very scary experience! Caused me to have a horrible anxiety attack and I was a little late to work this morning because of that! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"
