"The lack of service from this staff led me to give this place a bad review. Two people walked by us after we were sat down before the same woman who sat us at our table came to get a drink order from us about 10 or so minutes after we were sat. It took us about a half hour to get two small salads, the staff was oblivious and drinking behind the bar as we were trying to get our check. the food was good and we enjoyed the wine selection, but the service was really not good. the noise was quite intense, so we sat in the upper area where we felt forgotten. had to go to everyone to get menus, ask them to get the check, etc. service was pleasant and helpful when we could get it, but seemed as though they were low on the personal or so.

Disappointed. I had high hopes for this place and loved the concept and location, but everything about it was disappointing. The wine selection was mediocre and price was not good value. They sell many wines by the glass and claim to be able to preserve it opened for a long time. But the wine they serve me 18/glass and $26/large pour) was definitely off. My husband’s choice was no better. The food was OK, but selection was limited. But the final flaw was the service. Our waiter did not know much about the restaurant’s wine selections or food offerings and it was incredibly SLOW.
