"Was born and raised in Grand rapids. Moved away several years ago. Had the opportunity to come back. I look forward to a Vitale's Pizza. What I had was not a Vitale's Pizza. I've had better Frozen pizzas than that. Absolutely no cheese. The crust was something I've never experienced on a supposed Pizza place. Pizza service sucked would not recommend this place. It's just nothing more than a glorified franchise with a whole bunch of TVs"

My husband and I love coming to Vitale's! Not only is their food great, but so is the waitress Amanda! We absolutely adore her! ??️(Amanda will understand the sunglasses) ?

Horrible service, waitress Aimee, was rude and inattentive. 38.00 for burgers and fries. We waited 20 min for a refill, almost 30 mi for our cold burgers and old hard Brioche Buns. There was hardly anyone in there, Saturday afternoon. Very disappointing, our lunch totally sucked along with our waitress.

"We found this place by accident. We have yet to have a bad visit (not that we are trying to have one). We fell in love with the caramel martinis. But don’t take that as we only come here for drinks. The food is amazing and the service is superb. We’ve got to a point where we know the waiter we like and go to home. His name is Devin. "It was our first time in tonight to order takeout and we will absolutely be coming back. The atmosphere walking in was fantastic, the booths are absolutely adorable. I loved the decor. The staff were all extremely sweet even telling me how to pronounce a word id asked about and telling me what it means. The food was FANTASTIC. It was my husbands first time trying it and he is definitely hooked. The appetizer sampler was so good, id highly recommend trying it if you cant pick just one. We also had the Zeytin Special entree, the meat was grilled perfectly and was moist and delicious. We're going to be repeat customers for sure!
