"Absolutely loved the food! Went with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and was not disappointed. The staff congratulated us when seated as well as when waiting on us! The gazpacho was unique and loved the flavor! The boulabasse was a large portion with a fantastic taste. The creme brûlée was very flavorful and I have tried many in past. Great unique cocktails and lots of whine to chose from. I would highly recommend dining at Watermark!!!! We actually were there the last evening open at that location. Great food, service, atmosphere. The patio is a great place to people watch in the Gulch! Even though it was summer, they cooled the air was very comfortable
