"Excellent smoked chicken wings. Great smokey flavor and juicy as the day is long and they're huge! Good size chicken wings. Totally worth it. I had the ribs and my wonderful wife had the blackened chicken tacos. The ribs were perfect. Smokey, juicy and a big ol slab. I did try the tacos as well and they had an excellent blend of fresh flavors. We will definitely be going back here the next time we are in TC. Oh and i must not forget the waitress was also fantastic! Thank you!"

"I just booked the party room for a celebration with some friends and family. We were chaotic and had a few rambunctious kiddos with us. Elyse was our server and she was hands down THE BEST! She didn’t mind the crazy kids running around, she was attentive, efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond for us! She made our visit wonderful and can’t praise her enough!!"

"I've seen the reviews about service, but we went three times in one week and never had an issue. Finding enough staff to keep up with the short-but-intense summer tourist season demand in MI is *tough* so there likely are issues at times, as there are atalmost every single restaurant in the tourist-popular areas. My tip: you can order your food at the counter at this restaurant(where you order the pastries and coffee if getting it to go) and then sit outside, no need to wait on a server to take yourorder, etc, which is what we did. We in particular loved the veggie skillet, it was so nice to be able to start the day with afull plate of deliciously grilled up veggies topped with eggs, we went twice for this specific dish in the week we were in thearea, it was so good. This cafe is a gem!"

"After recommending this restaurant to our friends, We Arrived at 5:15 ordered our food by 5:25. Still waiting 6:40 for our meals. People that came after us have already left. Very disappointed, will never come back. Food finally came after several inquiries to which the waitress kept saying it’s not my fault. at 6:45 we finally received our order.The burger and fries shown in the photo seem to be lacking a few fries. There wasn’t any cheese on the cheeseburger either. All in all it was a terrible experience. They ended up taking 25% off our bill. Our request to speak to the manager however was never met."

"the subway in interlochen should be closed. today was the last of our bad experiences there. all the tables were dirty (as they are always and we ask to clean a table at each visit) floor and carpet were very dirty. last week the koksmaschine did not work, today the ice machine did not work. we have given them many possibilities to clean up, but had enough."
