"Thos was a to go order, but the drive-through was wrapped around, so I went inside. The first thing that hit me was the heat. It was so hot inside! I assume it's the new layout since the kitchen is no longer behind a wall, and all that heat is now flowing into the dining area! The amount of noise is greater than before because of the open layout. That is my biggest problem with my visit, the open design makes it way to uncomfortable from the kitchen heat and the kitchen workers are not quite so I won't dine in now that I had that experience..."

Bless them! They really try! The employees are worked to the bone! Staffing shortages really have this place by the short hairs...maybe the guy on the corner could apply and help

We stopped going to this particular Wendy's some time ago for several reasons.. thought we'd give them a try...NOTHING has changed. Ordered the Chicken pecan salad.. they took that literally, chicken, two packs of pecans and lettuce. No apples no feta, and NO dressing in the bag. Won't be back.

DO NOT go to the Wendy's off Outer Loop in Louisville. We have tried going there 4 or 5 times since it's near our work and cheap. Every time we end up waiting longer than seems necessary and the orders are wrong. Do yourself a favor and just try the Kroger across the street as I'm sure you can make a sandwich better than the ones they are capable of making.

"First let me say the atmosphere is amazing, although a little loud, but in an exciting sort of way, not in a can 't hear your conversation sort of way! Our server, Christian, was amazing! He is absolutely one of the best in the business! He was knowledgable about the menu, the history of the building, bourbon and wine and more! Now on to the food! The crab cake appetizer was the very best we had ever eaten! It was pure crab with just enough bread crumbs on the outside to hold it together! Just big hunks of crab! Yum! We had heard so many times that Repeal had the best steaks in the city so we had to check it out. I am sad to say we do not agree! My filet was overcooked and actually charred on one side even though I ask for it to be medium well (a little pink). My husbands steak was under cooked even though he ask for medium well also. Yes, we could have sent them back, but unless something is inedible, we rarely do. We were just disappointed more than anything, steaks were still very edible and good, just not great! The $20 twice baked potato was not worth $20 even though it did have slices of truffle on top and truffle oil as an ingredient. The Caesar salad was a disappointment! The addition of white anchovies was different but did not elevate the salad in our opinion. The bread pudding was amazing! I highly recommend! Oh, the cocktails were subpar! I know this sounds like a total tear down of Repeal, but it is not! I think we had too high expectations and were just let down by our experience considering the price! So, with all that said, would I go back? Yes! I would but would chose very different menu items than this time. And I would probably skip cocktails and go for wine instead."

"Their customer care stinks. While the service and food (eventually) was good their treatment of customers isn't. After spilling the entrée on me, they acted as if that was my fault. The manager did not come to check on us until much later and when he did he had the idea the spill was my fault. No offer to comp desert and no real apology."

"I have had good food before. But hardly ever has a dining experience compared to the two times visited North of Bourbon. Having recently visited New Orleans, I can honestly say the food equals or exceeds the best of the food I had down there.The consistency from dish to dish was impeccable around execution. But more than anything was the sheer hospitality. Eric, Brad, Jigg and the rest of the team became more than just acquaintances, but real friends who helped us navigate our meal and our time in Louisville while creating memories to last for a long time. As my brother said, “it felt like I was eating at a friend’s house.” I said “two times” earlier, because we had to cancel our reservation at a prominent Louisville restaurant to come back once we ate here once. If you are looking for inventive food and drink, served with impeccable consistency, with an unmatched hospitality, you cannot do much better in Louisville or anywhere else than North of Bourbon."

"La Chasse is one of our favorites! The owner and staff are friendly and focused on their guests having a great experience. Last night, I had the salmon with mushroom risotto, and topped with crispy shallots. Delicious! My wife and I split orders of crab cake and also escargot. Blake, our bartender/server, helped to make our evening a really really enjoyable one! Every time we visit La Chasse we see other regulars , so you know the food, drinks, and atmosphere, are consistently A+."
