I had the worst service ever at the Wendy's in Horseheads. It used to be good, but not anymore. I waited 15 minutes for cold food, and they didn’t even get my entire order right. There are other options nearby, and I will be choosing them in the future.

The service was frustrating. We didn't receive all the food we ordered. The lettuce on my sandwich was rotten, the French fries were cold, and I found a hair in my meal, which was definitely not acceptable. From now on, we'll be dining at the Wendy's in Corning instead.
