"Was asked to pull up and they'd bring out the food. Pulled up and waited 30 minutes but no one came out. Took the kids inside in the rain and they forgot we were out there. Spent another 20 minutes waiting for them to find the order and make it. Never again"

This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to! They ran out of medium cups and were telling customers that we have to pay extra for a large drink or accept a small drink for the same price as a medium. This is unacceptable. Intervention is required.
