"I love Wendy's, it's an excellent fast food restaurant, but this particular place seems to have lowered its standards in service. The last couple of times I visited ran out of what I ask, and have to calm down for everything that is available. Last week, when I told the young lady that she served me coke instead of the lemonade, she turned her back and shouted a F bomb. Then they served my chicken nuggets and said they had no sauces. I decided there was time to give this to Wendy for a while.?"

Jose is a terrible manager, there is no way to be one. He plays with customers that you move the car back and forward in the drive thru window while you wait for the order, and when he is asked why he does that his answer is that he does not explain why, that is a corporate secret. No professional person. Wendy should improve training and hire people who care about the job, not just to go Ad hours.
