"this place is typical wendys almost food. this place is not typical wendys customer service. if they use the drive thru, they do not pull forward until their entire meal has been tested, including the inspection of the sandwich and the tasting of the drink. if they make a mistake, I didn't realize if they were gonna do it right. it can only be an inconvenience for them if they have to go back and explain what was wrong with the order."

Nice people and the food is good, but this location could not get an order right if their lives depended on it. Check your bag. They are nice about fixing it, but it will be wrong.

Very shocking that the drive-thru staff were all unmasked. That's a slap in the face to the workers at the hospital, just a mile away, who are overwhelmed with unvaxxed covid patients.
