"I ordered a French dip sandwich for takeout. When my girlfriend went to pick it up, she was informed that they were out of au jus. The employee suggested she buy beef broth from a store instead, as that's all it is. There was no offer of a discount or any accommodation. How can you have a French dip sandwich without anything to dip it in? Fortunately, I had a can of au jus at home. I have ordered from this restaurant a few times since it opened, mainly because it is the closest to me. However, each time I have been there, the staff appears uninterested in being there or offering any assistance. This is definitely not a good way to run a business."

"Best Mexican restaurant that I have eaten at in a few years. Portions were good sized and the flavor was awesome. They will do anything to make your dining experience the best it can be. Had my order ready very quickly for pickup! Highly recommend you eat here!!"

"Located on the south of Ohio. The drive thru was secured, so I went in. Once inside stood there for 15 minutes while they cleared the drive, still had to scream back, as no one even harassed the front counter, although it worked a girl who looked at me several times while playing on her phone. When the woman finally got into the front counter, she was more interested in how long I stood there instead of taking my order, essentially refused to take my order because I was quite upset at that time. Needless to say that really p*sued me out so that I only told her I would go somewhere else, so due to this extremely unpleasant and rude experience not only will I never spend another dollar in this place, I will never spend another dollar at any small Caesar location again, period. I understand that there is a shortage of workers, but there is no excuse for the behavior of those you find. I would save your money or order a Gino or Giovanni pizza, at least they still have good pizza and good customer service!!!"

"They can’t decide when to stay open! 3 times in a row we drove from Ironton to here and all times they were closed. We wouldn’t have drove if they didn’t update their socials on when they were open, but they just updated a small digital sign to say they were on vacation. 1 time it was too late, which is sad because they’re cutting hours I think, one time was Father’s Day, and one was vacation, but it’s all within 2 weeks! I understand they need to do a time out, but they need to let people know before a 30 minute drive happens. Makes me wish there was more than “only one in the world.”"
