"The pizza is really delicious thin crust with a tasty sauce, The only problem is every time you call to order one, they tell you 35 minutes. They show up in exactly 35 minutes and the pizza is stone cold. It takes 14 minutes to cook a pizza and a 425° oven. 15 minutes is an eternity when an order falls into the computer, so it goes into the kitchen after you have taken it from the customer. If you don't plan to say the kitchen for 15 minutes to start the pizza, but if you drop the order and send it to the kitchen after hanging up Don't tell me that I will show up in 35 minutes because my pizza is cold."

"We were greeted at the door with pizza samples a whole slice. Honestly, we tried pizza that we would never order and it was so delicious...Bacon, ham, feta cheese, mandarin orange and teriyaki sauce! This pizza place personalizes your fresh light thin pizza. Our guys loved watching pizza. We are so excited that a place like this is around the corner of us! I'll bring my parents next time. I wish I had a photo next time! Thanks for the friendly environment! Very tidy!"

"I was really disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant, especially after hearing such positive reviews from others. Unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. It was supposed to be a special date night with my boyfriend, but we felt rushed from the moment we arrived. The food was served quickly, but lacked flavor and quality. The prices seemed high, especially considering the lackluster food. The service was also subpar, with our server rushing past us and not checking on our experience. We were asked if we wanted to take home our barely touched meals before I had even finished eating. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I would recommend Jade for better quality meals at a more affordable price, with consistent service throughout the day. This dining experience definitely did not live up to expectations and was not worth the $70 bill."
