"I tried to control the drive, but the employee was extremely difficult, she was slow and wanted me to repeat my order again and again. I don't know if she was new or just not. I went into order and this young lady was on the spot. the grill staff and the lane crew lasted 20 minutes to make 6 burgers and 3 orders by fritten. the burgers were extremely salty and tasted very average. I will try another situation of whataburger, but I was impressed."

They were very slow to bring out the food and we had to go back twice because our order wasn't complete. Also the restaurant was dirty and No one would clean off the tables or empty the trash.

Went thru the drive thru on friday. From ordering to getting our food was about 6 minutes. Best burger and fries I have ever had. The black lady at the window was super friendly. Thank you whataburger. Big burger big fries and big drink for 10 bucks, you can not beat it.

Ordered curbside pickup. 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I went inside. They checked for food and said the onion rings were cold did they had to fix some more fresh. When that was done and I got my food, there was a burger missing from my bag. They had to cook that then too. Took well over 30 minutes to get my order AFTER it was supposed to have been ready.
