"Loves this White Castle restaurant. People are friendly. No pretension. And keep in mind. And are polite for others. When I let a truck driver walk in front of me through the drive-thru to leave him his meal so he can eat and be on his way to deliver his burden that might have gone to a White Castle Distribution Center. Once I was a truck driver myself, they were nice and polite and let him order and get his food. When I waited for my turn, they were nice and polite and very good. I was very happy with this restaurant and very proud to say that you have a large crew there and very friendly and polite people as the walkable part of the restaurant where you sit closed. Although her room was closed, they let me in to use the toilet room. Your food is always hot, fresh and tastes really good. You're all nice people.

Chicken sandwiches were good. But Fritten always let me down. Many brown spots, not crispy and not hot. The staff is always pleasant. Drive thru because the lobby has been closed since the beginning of the Kovid.

I wanted to go to White Castle and my aunt and I were here in St. Louis for a concert! We went to the place where we were not sure what we wanted/the menu. Paula made our experience so pleasant and was so friendly that we liked our preferences on burgers/food that we like at home. She went the extra mile to make sure we get items we want! I enjoyed my food and the staff was excellent! Fresh and so worth the 6 hours drive we are going on to make it home!
