"Yesterday I brought my sister and daughter here for my daughter's birthday. This was the first time in for my girl and me. Warmly welcomed when first walking in, we had water then our drinks in seemingly no time. A song and dance broke out at the hibachi next to us, and we were invited to dance along. Once our chef arrived, it was on. He was hilarious. It's like the Harlem Globetrotters as chefs. It's one thing to be welcoming and go through expected routines. These people made it seem like they were happy to see us. Oh yeah, the food was excellent. Best fried rice I've ever had. I thought I knew what to expect. Not even close. We were all thoroughly impressed. Some warm sake didn't hurt."

"Never had a problem with anything until today. I ordered 2 sandwiches 2 cups of soup for me my sick daughter on my lunchbreak. I didn't double check my order because they always double check it and it came in a large bag. Drove all the way back to Kalama to deliver my daughters soup sandwich so I could get back to my office realized I was given someone else's order. All I had was 1 big salad a piece of bread. I called to let them know what had happened that no, I couldn't drive back to Kelso because my lunch break was just about up. The woman I spoke to was very apologetic asked for the address of my work. SHE DROVE MY CORRECT ORDER ALL THE WAY TO ME IN KALAMA! THAT is above beyond great customer service!! You've just got yourselves a customer for life!! the gentleman you've got working the drive thru window is always so friendly professional!)Thank you Panera Bread!!"

"I've been here for a long time, I know that the COVID restrictions do many, including this, really hurt. we do our best to support local businesses, but even more for the last few years. eating here is typically excellent. we come several times in the year, and for the prices they pay for the quantity and quality they receive, it is in my opinion unmatched. also with the most recent price increases, eating is still excellent, and the bang for the buck is great. highly recommended."

"This was our second visit and the waiter remembered us from our first visit and actually asked us if we wanted the same table. Very friendly waiting staff and from this world food and service!!! We took the family this second time and they were equally impressed. drawn this month to Kelso, we can definitely say that this will be at least a monthly regular visit. Your menu is very diverse and the Fajitas were wonderful!! Had leftovers for days!"
