"Ordered a pick up order for 7:55 I parked and try to go inside to pick up my food since drive thru had a line and both doors were closed I was not trying to wait in line for a pick up on that case I would had just order on drive thru, I called the storeabout 3 times no one pick up the phone I gave up and went to drive thru waited over 20 minutes to get my food i left drive thruaround 8:21 why they don?t take off the online ordering if you have to get on drive thru any way ?? but at least post a sign orsomething.. is not right I went on 07/11"

Very disappointed the way the guy give me my food today. I said separate bag and condiments it seem to me the guy doesn?t like to work today no such smile and drop all the condiments in the drive thru floor.

Very disappointed at the food quality and portion size. Ordered large beef bowl and beef was nothing but fat and stringy, but the chintzy amount compared to the large combo chicken vegetable bowl I also ordered was unbelievable. Can't anyone use commonsense and make proper portions for the Huge cost we pay ?
