"The staff was very friendly! felt like they really enjoyed being there. We ordered the chicken and rice soup for an app and it was deliciously very tasteful. The beef patty that is ground every morning it season to perfection really supplement the natural beef taste, the potato salad tasted fresh was delicious! The Brisket sandwich was exceptionally cooked, it immediately made our mouthwater while seeing. It came with crispy sweet potatoes that went well with the sandwich. It is out of the way of most capitals, but definitely worth a look."

French dip, ribs w beans onion rings, and a plate of three meat w Mac and cheese. Service was super sweet and very fast. We came on Saturday night and had no problem getting a table for five.

All 5 of us had something different, from the ribs chicken fried steak, to the chef salad cake. All inclusive service was excellent. I recommend Zac's and will definitely stop when I'm in the area.

This is the best Texas BBQ outside the big state Texas! It's not on the menu, but I had burned ends that were AMAZING! Chicken Fried Steak is something of the best I ever had. Once you have gone into you, you will see all FRESH-Pies, so save space for one piece! Not a dessert type, but if I'm in Colorado, I'll get a piece. The owner is always out to meet people, so say hello.
