"this is the 2nd time i have eaten at this Restaurant..... on both occasions i have had NO reason to complain about the FOOD..... My complaint is the SERVICE.........No i was not met with a warm welcome as i was not French...(no offence to the french).....I am however English and my husband is .... BUT speaks FLUENT GERMAN...... We were greeted ....but in French...?? Every time the WAITRESS came to our table SHE spoke FRENCH...??? Even though the place is only 15 mins walk from me ...I WILL NOT be going again................."

"my wife and I and two other friends have just an excellent Christmas dinner at heads steinbuck an amuse bouche followed by a four cure menu consisting of: a variation of salmon starter, a delicately cooked cadjau on a bed of keale for. the fish course, the chest of the duck as the basis for the main course and either an ice and chocolate based dessert or a selection of cheese from the Alsace. each curs was excellent both in the presentation and in taste, as well as the service, although the restaurant was absolutely full at this special occasion."

"Restaurant in rustikalem Charakter. Alles sauber und mit Set's und Stoffservietten eingedeckt. Bedienung sehr freundlich und kompetent. Essen sehr lecker und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung: Salatteller sehe schmackhaft und frisch, Kürbisrisotto vom Feinsten und Schweinelende rosa gebraten mit Spätzle und Gemüse wie es besser nicht zubereitet werden kann. Der Wein "Blanc de Blanc" sehr fein und preislich okay. Fszit: Empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder"
