"2019 We (party of 4 went there for the first time on a Sunday (and last time in July. Very disappointed. We ordered loaded fries, fish and chips, turkey BLT, grilled chicken sandwich. We all just kind of shared our food, so that we could try a little bit of everything, since it was our first time. Well, we were told by a friend LATER that we should have ordered pizza and pizza only, but none of us were necessarily in the mood for pizza. They are expensive for what you get. The best way that I can think to describe the food was...it was like eating at home, no better. Nothing special or different at all. Their fries are much worse than we make at home. The taste is not a good flavor (maybe the oil they use? and texture is odd. The fish was just not good, the fish was so compressed and the crust was hard and thick, but Long John's Silver tastes better and is a lot cheaper. One thing good was the dill tartar sauce!!! Kudos! Yum! The BLT w/turkey sandwich was very bland and again, looked like something I made at home. What bothered us the most is that they charged for every single little thing. For instance, when we ordered the BLT w/turkey, we asked for a side of mayo for the sandwich. They charged us for it! They charged us $1 for a side of ranch for the fries as well! They never told us there would be a charge for mayo or ranch. We were there for 1 hr/20 mins for what we ordered above. They were not busy, especially when we got there. Service: Dine in"
