"My family and I, have been coming to this Wendy's since it opened, Unfortunately the service and the food is very poor especially the last few months. Who ever the manager is on duty today is completely incompetent. I called after getting home 10 minutes from the restaurant, and my Jr.cheese burgers were ice cold.I drove straight home. The manager tells me it's my fault it was 30 minutes from the time I ordered, but forgot that I waited 15 minutes in line after giving them my card. I assumed the burgers would be fresh because of the Long wait. Wow was I wrong!!. I called when I got home 8 to 10 minute's later because they were ice cold. I mean they had to be cold when they were put in the bag. It takes me 8 minutes to get home.This manager tells me it's my fault thekwas ordered 30 minutes ago?? That 30 miniutes was probably when they took my Money. I asked him if he was telling me it was my fault?? He said yes it is. It's To bad you don't want to hear it?? I was stunned I couldn't Believe what he just said to me?? I seriously lost my cool.. I couldn't believe how rude he was, and blamed me for the poor service and terrible food his crew provided. I have had several incidents with this Wendy's, before this, for serving us the wrong food, or cold food??, but the managers before him have always been polite and willing to make things right. I dont have time to deal with this unprofessional manager and seriously terrible reaction from him. I will never come back to this Wendy's ever!!. I am extremely shocked and disappointed about this entire transaction. I will be calling the Corporate office as well. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDY'S."
