"Gastmann was pleased to be able to get one of the still free places on the window front overlooking the city. These tables are mostly occupied first on a lukewarm summer evening, because coveted. Also the two two tables on the opposite side of the building directly at the window next to the local entrance and with a view of the square directly at the entrance to the princely castle of the two tables located by Sayn Wittgenstein are early okcupiert. From the windows to the middle of the dining room the daylight decreases and thus a subtle response to the darkness of Hades increases. Therefore, the local owner probably dedicated his restaurant to Hades' brother Poseidon, because the sea is here at 420 m above sea level. NN is still far away. Regarding the liquids to accompany the food, today a Macedonian was white, semi-dry (0.25 l for 4.50 € and a still water was the first choice. Gastmann loved the mooring of the streams in a wild, but at the table he preferred that the water shut. In particular, subsequent inmutations of abundant waters enriched with carbonic acid from the depths of its digestive tract were contrary to it. Apart from Retsina, whom he liked to give a chance as a Greek speciality in Greek food, his taste had not yet found so much in Greek wines compared to good German or Italian wines; In most cases, it remained without special expectations for its part in Greek red wines: e.g. Naussa or Macedonians. Here today his decision for the white Macedonian variant was rewarded; this wine was amazingly good and perfectly tempered! The also well-cooled quiet Greek water called Korpi (0.5l for €2.50) was written by the stylistic polyethylene terephthalate carafe (PET according to a monk Eleven the meteor. It tasted really good! Perhaps it was the acetaldehyde that can lead to the formation of liver cirrhosis, and Gastmann preventively gave the excuse that it could not have been located on the ethanols in the various forms of administration chosen for food. The appetizer board (different cold appetizers for a person for 8,90 € was also dark as the Hades with regard to the specification of their components. The price invoked was within the framework of what Gastmann's experience is not natural, but differ considerably in such price from local to local quantity, type and quality of the ingredients. Gastmann's readiness to take risks here today. On the oval serving plate were found on a bed of some iceberg salad strips and good olive oil besides 4 olives, peperoni, tomatoes and cucumber half-panes mainly Frutti di Mare, as the Greek likes to say. In addition, there was also a Klecks Zaziki, a Dolmadakia, a feta plate triangel, a sphere of a colorful sheep cheese preparation and a fish rooster paste (named according to the Russian inventor Tamara with Taramosalata or Tarama/s and looking like a ball of strawberry. A lot of lots, even a lot and everything very tasty! The seafoods belonged mainly to the genus of ink sprayers, these octacopters or optocouplers or whatever they are called. The octapodes came in white or pink (probably still remains of the red corrective ink of the teaching body and in all sizes on the plate: from the smallest baby eight-legged on the piece to tube strips of the great specimens, which on the Greek islands, in order to get used to the new element earth, are lovingly clapped on quay walls and house walls before preparation and consumption. The turkey fillet (on Metaxasauce, plus pommes frites and salad for €12.50 was served in two pieces. In place of the Pommes Frites, Gastmann had wanted the roasted sliced potatoes with garlic, which were also supplied as supplements. The meat was (as recently discovered by Doc Beermann in the Greek way was clearly seen by Gastmann the war marks of the laser sword of Darth Vader. The Metaxasauce, where the meat was served, had gotten well and it wasn't used to. Perhaps Gastmann would have liked a fifth potato slice, but in view of the total food volume, he was grateful that there were only four. The Klecks garlic puree on each potato slice did not bring as much garlic into play as he had hoped. The associated little supplemental salad should not have been mentioned extra, he would not have had an interesting oil-based dressing. This very fine orange crumb in the dressing, recognizable in the photo, could not be assigned to Gastmann sensorily. It somehow didn't taste like a very finely shaved carrot and grated orange peel it was not. In any case, this salad supplement was welcome to him because of its juice! This course also made Gastmann tastefully and on the part of the price performance ratio more than just satisfied. Thank you very much! Gastmann still enjoyed a Metaxa Grand fine (40 years and now felt the way he looks at his avatar. The ambience in the restaurant is appealingly Greek, but not overloaded. In the middle part it should be a bit brighter. The view from the windows over the city is beautiful, especially in the evening. On the other hand, the terasse lying in the lower field of view, apparently belonging to the house, is anything but an eyewitness and relativizes the view aesthetically. The entire service today took over a mature Greek, possibly the owner; a nice friendly reserved person. He repeatedly asked if it had been patronized, which Gastmann did not hear in this formulation in Greek locals, but was always present only for the purpose of raising and removing food and beverages. Due to repeated previous experiences in this respect and in concern for the content of his life evening, Gastmann decided to keep on his way to the exit at the checkout to settle the bill there. With the hardly expected happiness and coincidence of a return to the service in the viewing area of his table still on the same day, there was outside Gastmann's imagination."
