"The drinks were good, the Bourbon selection was good, the salmon was great, and the service was very good. My wife enjoyed her steak. The warm Brie salad was much better than I thought it would be, I'll order it in the future. I just took a star because the Brussels spits were bad. They were chewing and not properly cooked. If they are crispy, they are delicious, but my wife and I both got them and they were infertile. Order another page and you will probably have a great dinner. Wouldn't stop me from coming back, but I wouldn't order this one again. Strange since everything else was so good."

"Yeah, it's kind of expensive. BUT... I'll say the food was EXTREMELY good. Service was EXCELLENT. All details, up to Rose Form Butter was elegant. The appetizers were on the table when you set yourself. Salad was great. My main rib was perfectly cooked and HUGE. My husband had the balsamic brown sugar pig and loved it. Then to every thing, the Bourbon Pecan Pie and Apple Dumpling Dessert we excellent. kudos to the servers for the ability to carry their trays while you move up and down. This is a very nice, special occasion extra chic dinner. Try it. You're not sorry."

"My family and I visited during their great opening and we were not disappointed. Bullitts offers AMAZING food (the portions are quite generous), the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the owners and the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. I had the baked spaghetti and meatballs and I can honestly say that it's the best I ever tasted! Delicious! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to eat and drink. The blackberry wine is also delicious. Bullitt's is a great addition to the Bardstown area. Thank you. Bullitt's, for a nice culinary experience!"

"Over the last year or so the food has declined immensely. I decided to go back after more than 6 months and give it a try for Oktoberfest. The specials didn 't look appealing to me but I wanted a snack. I got the Fried Scout and Scholar basket and it was pathetic. When I think of Pickled Banana Peppers Onion Pickles Jalapenos, I expect them to be a portion that is visible, but they were very tiny pieces of sliced items, so small-like the size smaller than a dime were the jalapeños! It had no flavor and tasted like I was eating pieces of fried breading. I was so disappointed in how it looked I didn 't take a picture. I got the ham and cheese sandwich with fries and it was mediocre. It was a little salty. My friend got the pulled pork sandwich. We had never tasted such horrible coleslaw. I mean, I don 't think the chef tasted it. It was flavorless and not tasting like normal cole slaw. There was no sweetness or anything you expect from cole slaw. Look at my previous pictures from visits and you will see how it used to be. It is no longer impressive food but mediocre food. The price is not worth it. I did give it 3 stars because of the atmosphere, the staff, and the beer. I will continue to go for the beer but will no longer eat the food except for the pretzel or pretzel bites. I tasted the ones my friend go and they were edible. I hope they can improve their food and bring back the Brussel sprouts. And the large pretzel no longer exists!"

"Finally brought my family here because I had heard about it for years but always forgotten that it existed. Dad said it was the best shrimp he's ever eaten. Mom and my sister, who are picky eaters for the most part, absolutely loved it. I had the alligator bites which I was scared about because they are way out of my comfort zone and they were amazing. This is probably one of the best mom and pop places in Bardstown. It's sketchy, off the side of Boston road in a little run down looking building, but It's severely underrated and I would absolutely come back time and time again."

"1st time going there. Worth drive from Radcliff to go. Very clean and great service. Wonderful woodwork carvings on everything from the doors to the seating. Stunning. "In Bardtown to visit Willet Distillery and our tour guide Nick (highly recommended if you get him) recommended Bardstown Burger for a local lunch. Small town feel with delicious food. Burgers very good along with fries and onion rings. Very friendly staff and service was fast. Highly recommended for local flare. "Second time back at Bardstown Bourbon Company but no tour this time just for lunch. We were quickly seated an ordered drinks and apps. I course did an Old Fashioned for my drink of course and for apps we did the Kentucky Poutine and the Caesar Salad which was for sure large enough to share. The Kentucky Poutine is amazing. Delicious gravy, squeaky Cheese Curds and and fresh cut fries. We also added an egg on top since the runny yolk works so well with everything in the poutine. For my entrée I went with the Fried Chicken Sandwich which comes with Pimento Cheese on it was well and a side of Fries. It's hard to say no to Pimento Cheese on a Fried Chicken Sandwich. Our food come out about 10 minutes later and everything looked really good. My sandwich had a nice big piece of fried chicken but the only issue was half if the chicken was over cooked making it a little tough. The other half on the other had though was perfect. The fries once again were fresh cut but were a little greasy for sure. It was also my birthday when we were there so they did give me a free Bread Pudding and ice cream which was great! Bardstown Bourbon Company is a beautiful distillery and for sure worth the time to check it out as well as for lunch/dinner. The food wasn't as good as last time but that's also because they didn't have some of the things we loved on the menu 2 years ago. That poutine though is still amazing and a must get every time."

"Food was OK We got the beef fried rice, miso, ginger salads, and the Baha Cali roll. Servers were also ok but nothing more than putting items down, no smiles, no convo the rules for a really good size and the salad was fresh. The ambience Leaves a little bit to be desired but the prices were decent. Not sure we would come back here but since it’s kind of close to our house, maybe we will."

"from a short trip to louisville on the way to home. that was delicious. we had cheese biscuits and cheeses for apps. both were good. tocuits are small. for dinner we had fried chicken, hot brown and bourbon mango black. the black was the star of all our meal times. the fried chicken was vey good. hot brown was ok. had better, but also worse. we had dessert the Tavern Pie. it was good. a very nice experience with good eating."

"Two years ago we came to Willet Distillery for a tour and had heard to check out the bar and restaurant upstairs. Unfortunately they were booked up and had a very long wait plus we had other tour to make it to so we had to pass. Two years later were back and made sure to make a reservation ahead of time. We came in at 11:00AM for an early lunch and were quickly seated. Our waiter made sure to explain the menu to us. Most options are smaller shareable servings and the 5-7 should be enough for our party of 5. I started with a drink and went with the Manhattan. Now I know I normally go with an Old Fashioned but I really like the Willet 4 year Rye they put in the Manhattan so that's what I stuck with. I'm glad I did too because it was great. Probably the best I have had. We then started with food: Local Cheeses: Your typically cheeseboard but with some fancy addons like Dijon Mustards, Onion Marmalade, Apple Butter and come of the best crackers I have ever had so light and crispy. The Rock Shrimp:; Not very large but so full of flavor. For sure some of the best I have had. There also was a corn puree that was so good that came with it. For sure worth a try. Crawfish Beignets: When you see something like this on a menu I always have to go for them. Nice pieces of Crawfish throughout plus a great Remoulade for dipping. Brussel Sprouts : Now I'm normally not a veggie let alone a Brussel Sprouts but these were very good. If you like brussels these are a must for you. The Crepe: This was the most surprising dish we got because it blew us out of the water. It was amazing. Stuffed with rich melty cheese and topped with Pepper Jelly it is for sure a must. The Chicken Thigh: This was also amazing. Crispy bites of Chicken Thigh covers in Calabrian Chili, Lime, and Honey. Give a great sweet and spicy vibe. Reminded of some Asian dishes I have had but better qualify. This so also a must. Egg Salad Sandwich: Now I had never had an Egg Salad Sandwich mostly because I didn't think I would like them but this changed the game for me. It was amazing and so flavorful. This is a/the staple of The Bar at Willet so you have to give it a try even if you don't think an Egg Salad Sandwich is your thing. The Bar at Willet is amazing and I will for sure be coming back next time we are in Kentucky."

"My family and I ordered dinner from this drive-thru location on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022. While we waited for our food, a very kind employee (I didn’t catch his name) came to the window to explain that they were short-staffed and without a manager because the General Manager was unwell. They were doing their best under the circumstances. We understand and appreciate that they will be adjusting their hours accordingly. Our food arrived on time, and everything was fresh and delicious. Before we started our meal, we took a moment to pray for the staff and the General Manager, hoping they would recover soon. It truly saddens me to see negative reviews about this restaurant, especially when they are facing the same challenges as many others. I urge everyone to be patient and show respect during these times."

"My wife and I ate with Mammys on the recommendation of a young lady working on Makers Mark. We found both the service and the food excellent. The waiting staff and the bar staff were friendly and helpful and the food was well prepared and delicious. Best Pimento cheese I've ever tasted! We're back on our next trip, great place."
