"We drove to Battleground State Campground, but stayed here to get a bite. We went to the party of 3 (I myself, my husband 16 years old daughter) and we were told to wait 10 15 minutes... The place was busy, but not packed there were a number of open tables, so I can only assume that it was doing to wait the staff cover. We checked the menus (we were told that only brunch menu options were available, which was good, but the nachos looked delicious) while we waited. We sat in a booth that was clean. We ordered drinks 1 trip thru the **** Mary Bar (totally worth it and I'm not really for **** Marys themselves) for him, pineapple mimosa (extra $1 for pineapple that you could not really taste over the champagne used) for me Strawberry Lemonade for my daughter. We ordered our food as well as breakfast Burrito for him, Cream Brûlée French Toast with mixed Berry Compote pepper bacon for me, Messy Skillet with biscuits for my daughter. The breakfast Burrito was great... The French toast would have been amazing if it had not been crushed in the mixed berry (most of them scratched off to actually taste the French toast)... The messy Skillet had more potatoes than anything my daughter doesn't care. The Mac n Cheese was apparently “inward winning” so we ordered a “small” share, which was even more than we could all eat, but it was quite good, it definitely had “garlic” taste I enjoyed, but man not interested. We will be back since pleasantly surprised with atmosphere, food and service in a small town... If you're ever in Battleground, it's worth the stop"
